Our Quality Compliance
Process

SEGA's quality process is defined
by the parameters listed below:

APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

We use APQP framework of procedures and
techniques to  develop  products.

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process )

This process is used for establishing confidence
in suppliers and the production processes

MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

MSA is defined as an experimental and mathematical method of determining the amount of variation that exists within a measurement process & used to certify the measurement system for use by evaluating the system’s accuracy, precision and stability.

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

We use SPC to control our manufacturing process
and utilise the data recorded to calculate our
in-process capabilities to within Six Sigma levels.

Lean

We aim to ensure Lean and use the 7 Waste principles
to continually improve our activity.

Control Documentation

We aim to eliminate any sort of error prior to the
production process. The following documentation
keeps in check and maintains the quality:

  • PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
  • ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report)

5s

The implementation of this 5S housekeeping programs
has helped us improve control and efficiency.

The 5S includes:
  • Sorting
  • Straighten or Set in Order
  • Sweeping/Shining/Cleanliness
  • Standardizing
  • Sustaining the discipline
